Our Services:
Quality Medical/Nursing Care- Gericine Nurse Practitioners provide medical management for your Geriatrics residents at your facility or their homes during the week days.
Nursing in-services- Gericine Nurse Practitioners will provide your nursing staff with in-services that are tailored to your staff's needs.
Medical Coverage - Weekends/After Hours- Gericine Nurse Practitioners provide telephone triage and in house/home visits medical management.
Behavioral Health - Gericine Nurse Practitioners and nurses provide post psychiatric hospitalization assessments and evaluation. Medication review, psychological assessment and therapy compliance are the main components of the assessment. NPs begin building the relationship while the client is hospitalized and assist in the transitional plan. Gericine can assist facilities by contributing to the discharge plan and level of intervention.
Our Providers:
Our team of healthcare providers consists of board-certified nurse practitioners who are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. Gericine Nurse Practitioners guide and educate clients about their current medical/ psychiatric conditions. The NP will support the client to self direct their treatment plans and maintain as much independence and active participation as possible while maintaining safety first. Active participation from our clients will empower, build self esteem, and increase adherence.
